Betty zhu started answering to my request pretty well and on time. after the first quote the shipping was too high for me, I asked why, and she rudely mentioned I could go an get my agent. I respectfully decided to stop the negotiation there since I didn’t think that was appropriate and I’m looking for someone who can provide me full service. after a couple days I decided to go with a 2nd project, contacted someone else from her company (without knowing it was the same company) and they transferred my project to Betty zhu again, whithout even reviewing the new project, she decided to answer extremely rude (refer to the screenshots) and said I didn’t need to go asking other people in her company and that she provided goods not shipping. and then claimed she wasn’t being rude at all. this has been the worst experience I’ve had in Ali baba.
